It was rumored several months ago that Drake had romantically reunited with Rihanna, but rumors later suggested the romance had fizzled out and Rihanna recently confirmed she was back on the market.
Just a few days after Drake and Chris Brown were photographed in a music studio together, Drake is talking about his current relationship status with Rihanna and he kind of hinted to reporters at a recent press conference for the ESPY Awards that their reunion wasn’t anything serious:
“Well, um, actually, my status hasn’t changed, just to clear that up, you know, I’ve always just been out here coasting.”
Drake also didn’t turn down an opportunity to shade Skylar Diggins’ boyfriend again. When asked about Skylar Diggins, Drake says:
“I’ve never met Skylar, but I’m sure it’ll be extremely awkward if she does show up. She probably won’t though…her boyfriend will probably have her tied down to a chair that night.”
Drake’s comments on Skylar Diggins comes just weeks after Skylar’s boyfriend Daniel checked him on Instagram for continuously lusting over the WNBA star.
I love Rihanna. She is out here dating like these men do and she is enjoying being single. Drake was never someone she really wanted. He’s a rebound and always will be.
