Weeks ago we told you it was being rumored Waka Flocka was being investigated because his wife Tammy Rivera posted a photo of him holding a gun to her Instagram account despite him being on probation.
But now it appears he was actually arrested today for allegedly taking a gun to the airport.
11 Alive reports:
Waka Flocka Flame was arrested at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport Friday morning.
The 28-year-old rapper, whose real name is Juaquin James Malphurs, was taken into custody after TSA officials found a handgun in his carry-on bag during a security scan. Police said Malphurs did not have a weapons permit.
Waka was charged with carrying a weapon in a prohibited place and was taken to the Clayton County jail.
