Beyonce and Rihanna continue to break records in the music industry, and although the streaming services have made things a lot harder for most music artists, it appears both ladies are even winning as far as the streaming charts are concerned.

According to Spotify, both officially made the Most Streamed Female Artists lists:

 AllHipHop writes:

Since March is Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day is on Mar. 8th, it’s only right that Spotify crownS the queens of streams.

The Hollywood Reporter reports that Beyonce has topped Spotify’s lists for being the most streamed female artist among women in the U.S. and worldwide. 1. That’s what’s up!!!! Congrats to those two. I know I’m definitely in the number of streams lol. OAN: I found it extremely strange that Lorde topped the list of female artists streamed by men tho.

  2. I love them but it’s sad they are always the only two black women doing it big in music right now. And I’m sure the powers to be don’t want them to keep winning because they are black. The music industry has become very white washed. After Beyonce and Rihanna retire in about ten years, who will we have then representing black women? I can’t think of anyone coming up who will take their spots. I mean white artists are taking over our genres.

    1. Oh I worry about that too. After Beyonce and Rihanna, I do wonder who will take their place. I’m hoping Janelle Monae will blow up. She’s so talented.

  3. But of course. I’m happy for all 3. Rih, Bey and Nicki are holding it down right now. I’m hoping more black girls will get their shine too.

  4. I ain’t surprised they are the two biggest female singers right now and have been for the last couple of years. It should be more black female singers because it is some very talented singers some are really trying and not getting the recognition. Then you have others who have the talent but don’t have the work ethic that Beyonce and Rihanna have.

  5. Yassss all three of my bishes are on here. Baby they are the like the holy trinity of music slayage (Nicki, Bey and Rih Rih). Love it!!!

  6. I see Nicki made more lists than Iggy did. Lol. Anyway, I’m happy for Nicki, Bey and Rihanna. All 3 work so hard and deserve to keep winning. Now Rih needs to go ahead and drop her album and stop playing with us.

  7. I hope Wendy paying attention. She may hate them but Bey and Ri keep killing the game. Meanwhile, JLo and Iggy still trying to play catch up.
