“Basketball Wives LA” star Draya knows all too well the downside of reality stardom, and now in a new interview she says she regrets putting her son and NFL boyfriend Orlando Scandrick in the spotlight.

She tells LA Confidential Magazine:

What are some challenges that come with being a reality TV star?
DM: Just everyone seeing you on TV and thinking that is really you. It is really you, but it is just a small percentage of you—you know? Who I am on reality TV is only about 10% of who I am as a person. Because there are a lot of things I don’t put on TV. So that is really hard. People think they know you from TV and then that’s it, that’s who you are.

So, what would you say is a part of your life that you don’t really show on TV?
DM: I don’t really like to show the inside of my home and my family anymore. I didn’t think it was fitting to put my son and my relationship status on TV anymore.

  1. Draya was so happy to have a man claiming her that she couldn’t wait to get it on film. But it backfired on her fast.

  2. Draya is still salty about everything that went down with Jackie’s daughter. But it didn’t happen because Orlando was on the show. It happened because Orlando was out here messing around.

    1. Exactly! I still can’t get over how she called Chantel fat smh. Draya is very stuck up for no reason.

  3. She didn’t put her son out there though, the media did because she left him starving in a dirty house and the cops were called. And she only put Orlando out there because she was happy she got herself a baller, but regretted it quickly because people starting putting his cheating on blast.

    1. She’s just gotta accept people will never let her forget about what happened with her son. It is what it is.
