Last month, Ludacris’ baby mama was shut down when she tried to appeal the court’s ruling of giving the rapper full custody of their daughter, but sources claim Tamika Fuller has filed for an appeal yet again.

The Jasmine Brand writes:

According to docs filed on May 18th in Fulton County, Georgia, Tamika has filed an appeal of the original judge’s order and will be taking the case to the Court of Appeals. She is demanding the appeal court overturn the original decision and award her the custody and child support she believes she deserves.

The appeal means that Luda will once again have to head back to court to defend himself and fight for the primary custody of his daughter.

    1. Only a couple of thousands. This really reminds me of the Usher and Tameka situation. But Tameka has a slightly better outcome. She still gets to see the boys quite a bit and she does have some kind of custody.

  1. This woman needs to save her money and give it up. She started something she couldn’t finish.

  2. But has she gotten a better job and improved her situation because if she hasn’t she is wasting her time. We all know Georgia courts are crooked all the dad has to do is have money and they will be rewarded custody.

  3. Luda will just shut her down again because he has the money to do so. It sucks, but it’s a risk women take when they try to play these rich celebs. Times have changed.

  4. Luda jux need to stop with all the, she can’t provide for our child the way I can spat. Although a lot of the women get caught in a battle for being ovulation queens, doesn’t equate to, when all thus fails, you can take the baby. I can’t feel sorry for the mom, Luda provably gave her options and she got in over her head. Emergency report fellows, once you pull up at your “FRIENDS” house, drive the Ford Fusion, not your Lamborghini, cause we want too.

  5. Well, anything is worth a try and in the past, several people, including quite a few women have been successful in the Ga court of appeals with faulty trial court decisions. Only thing I saw the trial court found her being guilty of is being broke as hell, not a bad or unfit mom. The fact was raised she doesn’t have custody of her first child, but neither does Luda so…. Sometimes people use the courts to punish the other parent for not doing what they want and I think this is the case with Luda.
