Rapper J. Cole is no stranger to attending rallies and doing his part in the #BlackLivesMatter movement, and he also goes above and beyond for his own fans by only charging them a dollar to see him perform at his “Dollar and a Dream” tour.
However, he’s taking things a step further by helping one of his fans pay for college.

Back in 2013, Cole promised a high school student that he would attend her graduation if she made it into a four-year university. The young woman achieved that goal, and Cole kept his promise.
The “Apparently” rapper did not stop at just being part of the fans’ big day. A representative for Cole confirms with AllHipHop.com that he is also chipping in to pay part of her college fees.

If only more rappers would do the same. Imagine how much it would help our communities.
