Lil Wayne is currently at odds with Cash Money Records because they keep pushing back the release of his upcoming studio album, and he’s trying his hardest to leave the label with his two major artists Nicki Minaj and Drake.
However, he now claims in new paperwork that Drake and Nicki are having issues with Cash Money as well.
TMZ writes:
Lil Wayne filed new docs in his bitter lawsuit trying to oust Birdman from Young Money, the label that signed Nicki and Drake.
Wayne says Birdman and Cash Money have grossly mismanaged the company by stiffing lots of people who are owed money, failing to fork over profits and lots of other stuff.
Wayne claims the mismanagement is so bad that Nicki and Drake will probably just jump ship.
This pretty much explains why Birdman shaded Nicki Minaj recently.
Anyone who signs to Cash Money deserves to be screwed over. Did people not see how they did the Hot Boys sans Lil Wayne? The have been stealing from their own artists for almost two decades.
Duh. Drake has been trying to leave for awhile now. And Nicki tries to keep it cute but I never thought she was all that happy on Cash Money. She works like she’s trying to make up for money that was stolen.
It’s not going to be easy for any of them to leave.
True but I think they can do it if they have good lawyers.
Cash Money would die without Drake and Nicki.

Drake was supposed to been gone.
I knew Nicki would be out too. No sense in being loyal to someone who isn’t loyal to you.
This is totally believable Birdman and Slim been screwing people over for years. But the moment they screwed over BG and Mannie Fresh two people who were down with them in the beginning even before Wayne should have been a sign.Everybody including Wayne should have known they would screw over anybody.Not only did they screw Mannie who helped build Cash Money but people fail to realize Birdman raised BG like a son just like Wayne and he still screwed him over.
Cash Money is an army, but yet a navy. Man the good old days.

I don’t understand why Birdman keeps doing this. Eventually he’ll end up like Diddy and artists won’t want anything to do with him.
Lil Wayne is getting his karma. I remember when he turned on Juvie after Juvie called out Baby for stealing his money.
Drake IS Cash Money.
