The other day Hip Hop mogul Diddy got into a scuffle with a UCLA football coach over his son, and now the situation has resulted in some serious legal woes.

Gossip Cop writes:

Diddy is facing upgraded charges in the wake of his alleged altercation with a UCLA football coach.

As Gossip Cop reported, the music mogul was arrested on campus on Monday after he allegedly swung a kettlebell at strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi. Diddy was reportedly upset at how Alosi was supposedly treating his son Justin Combs during practice, and the issue continued off the field. He was initially taken into custody by university police.

At that point, Diddy was being held on an assault with a deadly weapon charge. But after he was transferred later Monday to a Los Angeles County jail, the charges were updated. Now Diddy has been slapped with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, and one count each of battery and making terrorist threats.

TMZ claims the situation popped off because the coach embarassed Diddy and Justin prior:

Our sources tell us … strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi was riding Justin Combs hard — and screaming out loud, “I don’t care if your dad’s here. This is UCLA. I’m going to treat you just like I treat everyone else.”

We’re told Diddy got super heated — feeling as if the coach was trying to humiliate and embarrass both him and his son in front of the rest of the team.

  1. Insane. But from my understanding a lot of coaches like to be tough and they feel it makes players work harder. This is one of those times Diddy needed to sit back and let things play out. He just made things worse.

  2. Diddy needs his a-s whooped. All he did was prove that coach right. He expects his son to get treated like a king but his spoiled a-s gotta put in the work like everyone else. The sooner Justin learns that, the better he will be.

  3. What the coach did to Justin isn’t nearly as bad as ALL the sh*t Puff done did and said to all his artist on Bad Boy, with the exception of Biggie of course.
