Diddy recently got into a scuffle with a UCLA football coach because he felt the coach was being disrespectful towards him and his son Justin Combs, and now sources claim the business mogul won’t be hit with a felony charge.

Diddy will not be charged with a felony, Gossip Cop can confirm. The Los Angeles County District Attorney has punted on the case, and will not pursue any criminal charges against the music mogul who allegedly took a swing with a weight at a UCLA football coach who was supposedly hazing Diddy’s son Justin Combs. Diddy, however, could still face misdemeanor assault charges from the L.A. City Attorney.

Of course. Did people really think he’d get a felony? Diddy’s lawyers are some of the best. But he needs to calm down and stop babying his son so much. Coaches yell and scream at players. It’s just what they do.
