Apparently Amber recently did an interview with GQ Magazine, but things didn’t turn out the way she wanted them to.
In the write-up, the publication referred to her as Wiz and Kanye’s ex, and they pretty much made it clear they don’t take her new book or her projects seriously.
When Amber discovered the shady article, she decided to call out the publication on her Instagram account.
She wants people to stop just seeing her as the notable ex of Wiz Khalifa and Kanye West ASAP:

Amber needs to get real. We only know she is because she used to date Kanye. It is what it is.
I’m so tired of these famous for nothing idiots. They get famous for stupid sh-t like a s-x tape or dating someone with talent when they themselves have none, and then have the nerve to get annoyed when you remind them that’s how they got on. The audacity and arrogance.

GQ was rude but Amber needs to humble herself a little bit. Kanye put her on and Wiz kept her in the spotlight after that was over. I root for her but she’s being a little delusional to expect people to forget how she got her fame.
Sh-t when you get famous off some bullsh-t, people won’t forget that. Kim can cover a million Vogue covers but most Americans still see her THOT a-s as a p-rn star because that’s what she is.
I get what she’s saying. Amber may have gotten her start because of Kanye but she’s not lazy at all. She has her own book coming out, she’s done some modeling work and she acts as well. So why not let her be her own person now?
She’s always fussing about something on Instagram. So are her and Chyna still cool because it doesn’t seem that way.
