TMZ is reporting Ceaser was arrested recently for unpaid child support.
TMZ writes:
TMZ has learned Ceaser Emanuel was arrested Monday evening on a warrant for failure to pay child support. Witnesses in the Black Ink Tattoo Studio tell us Ceaser was putting a fresh piece on a female client’s butt when the cops showed up.
We’re told Ceaser’s co-star Dutchess followed him down to the police station … with the show’s cams rolling. It’s unclear if Ceaser — who’s got a rep for being an a**hole (it’s even tatted on him) — posted bail.
Why aren’t these grown a-s men paying child support?
And Dutchess was just trying to get him to band up a 2million dollar home!!!

Dutchess is selfish…so I can see how SHE COULD. Me now I dated someone who had 2 kids that he still needed to take care of. He was sending whatever money that he wanted to send for his kids….which going by the job he had I didn’t think it was enough…but his baby moms was cool with it…but then she would have the kids call for extra money….so I just minded my bizness. Who knows what they may or may not talk about in the privacy of their relationship.
and also he may be paying sending/giving money but its not mandated by a judge/court and his baby moms could be lying and hyping it up saying he doesn’t take care of his child when he actually does
