Kenya Moore Gets Called out for Embellishing RHOA Ratings?

The ratings for the season eight premiere weren’t terrible at all, but the numbers are a huge decline from season seven’s premiere episode.

Season seven’s premiere episode brought in a whopping 3.83 million viewers, while season eight’s premiere brought in 2.97 million viewers.

While it’s still unclear if NeNe’s absence played a role in the drop, rumor has it the producers were so concerned with the direction of the show that they begged NeNe to return in a guest role towards the end of the season.

Regardless, Kenya riled some fans up when she tweeted the following:

It didn’t take long for people to call Kenya out and accuse her of inflating the ratings:

kenya called outkenya called out 2

In Kenya’s defense, she most likely got the 3.7 million figure by adding up the total number of viewers from the initial airing of the premiere, plus the repeat.

  1. UB you’re giving Kenya way too much credit. She lied point black period because she’s pressed NeNe took half of the ratings with her.

    1. They sure are. Kenya lied because she’s in her feelings about the ratings. So is Kandi. They hate the fact that Nene has such a big impact on the show.

    2. How is UB giving Kenya too much credit? They just stated the obvious and that’s the fact that she didn’t lie because she added the ratings from the repeat.

  2. Kenya lied because lying is all she knows. If it ain’t fake boyfriends, she’s lying about owning a home, or she’s lying about ratings. It is what it is.

    1. She didn’t lie. As UB stated in the post, she just added up the ratings from the repeat. Even networks do this. Calm down.

  3. Kenya lies, that’s what she does. We should be more surprised if that heffa ever figures out how to tell the truth. Lol!

    1. How did Kenya lie? When you add on the ratings from the repeat, 3.7 million watched in total. TV networks do this all the time in their press releases.

      1. Kenya knows that’s not how you calculate the numbers. Damn, why do you always defend this woman’s lies? If this was Nene who did that you’d be running up and down this thread clowning her.

        1. Actually Kenya just repeated what the Bravo press release said:
