Toya Wright and Memphitz have been catching lots of flak for their recent appearance on “Untying the Knot,” but Toya decided to set the record straight on where they stand today when she dropped by “The Rickey Smiley Morning Show.”
When asked what’s going on with her marriage with Memphitz, she now confirms they are indeed divorcing.
She says:
“Me and Mickey are in the process of a divorce. We’ve been separated for almost nine years…I mean nine months.
“We’ve been together for almost seven years, but we’ve been separated for nine months.
“I mean everybody has problems in their relationship and unfortunately we are moving in two totally different directions.”

It ain’t nothing but karma. That’s why you don’t rub your marriage in people’s faces just to be spiteful. Happy people are supposed to be humble.

Me too. Their marriage wasn’t going to work out regardless because he still wanted the benefits of being single.

Whenever you feel like you have to allow your man to sleep with other women, you should anticipate a divorce in the near future.

It’s hard to feel sorry for either one of them.
She keeps trying to blame K and LHH for their divorce but Memphitz was never going to do right anyway. Any man who feels the need to sleep around and live away from his wife isn’t and never will be marriage material.
None of this surprises me. Memphitz really showed the whole world he’s a crazy fool. He never needs to get married again.
Oh well.
So she went from calling people close minded to defend Memphitz to divorcing him in a time span of like 3 days. I guess.

Chickens coming home to roost.
On one hand this is karma but on the other hand she doing the right thing by divorcing him. She can try to blame the Kmichelle situation for why her marriage fell apart but really it just exposed Memphitz for who he really was. The marriage was going to fall apart anyways because Memphitz is a psycho mikeo.
You reap what you sow. Next time Toya sees red flags, she should keep it moving.
Toya just can’t get it right. She needs to figure out why she has such terrible taste in men.
This divorce was inevitable. Toya fell for his good looks and ignored the fact that he was a crazy and abusive bum.
