Beyonce, Rihanna and Nicki Minaj Get Some Good News

According to Spotify, Nicki Minaj, Beyonce and Rihanna have all topped the charts as far as streaming is concerned.

E! News writes:

Today is International Women’s Day, and to celebrate ladies who slay, music streaming service Spotify has released lists of the top-streamed female artists on their platform.

Since music knows no boundaries, no surprise here that the United States and world rankings are pretty similar.

Rihanna took the top spot on the world rankings list for popular female artists, with Ariana Grande and Beyoncé taking the No. 2 and No. 3 spots.

In the U.S., Beyoncé rules the roost at No. 1, while Nicki Minaj and Ariana Grande take second and third.

Here is the Top 10 global list for the most-streamed women artists on Spotify:

Katy Perry
Lana Del Rey

  3. I love it. And I’m glad to see there aren’t any stan wars on here today. It’s a good thing when we have three black women winning in music at the same time. Should there be more? Yes. But I will celebrate this.
