Chris Brown’s Baby Mama Gets Shut Down in Court, Again

According to TMZ, Chris and his baby mama headed back to court recently so a judge would make a decision regarding Nia Guzman’s request for Chris to have monitored visitations.

TMZ writes:

Chris Brown annihilated his baby mama in court Tuesday, after a judge pooh-poohed her request to restrict Brown’s custody because of alleged drug use and gang affiliation.

Nia Guzman claimed Chris was unfit to care for Royalty without strict supervision. She wanted a monitor and more … Nia asked the judge to reduce the amount of contact he has with the 1-year-old.

The judge wasn’t having it, so the status quo remains. We’re told Chris and Nia will continue to have joint legal and physical custody. Under the existing custody order, Chris gets 12 days a month with his daughter and it will continue to be unmonitored.

    1. Now see if Chris would have cleaned up his act and dumped all his gang banging friends, he could.

  1. He is even more dumb than she is for even nutting in her.. What was he thinking? She not appealing to me at all..reminds me of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s mistress

  2. If she keeps this up, all Chris is going to do is ask the judge for full custody and a decrease on child support payments, just like Luda and Usher did. Chris may be messy but she’s the one who was dating a criminal up until recently. She’s not parent of the year either.

  3. I think she should just give it a rest now. She’s not going to get rich off Chris. Times have changed and these judges ain’t playing those games anymore.

  4. Why does she keep trying to get more money? She claims her other baby daddy pays her bills so what’s the problem? Don’t say you don’t need Chris’ money when you are doing everything you can to get more of it. I think what he pays her a month is fair.
