I believe it. Anytime people get restraining orders against people they automatically get dropped from whatever reality show they were on. It makes filming hard.

I think this just means Erica got full of herself and forgot the only reason she got a spot on the show in the first place was because of Scrappy. So if she refuses to be around him, she no longer has a storyline or purpose to remain on the show.
