Update on Ciara and Future’s Legal Battle

According to Sandra Rose, Future dropped his countersuit against Ciara and the former couple have decided to try to get along moving forward:

In court documents obtained by Sandrarose.com (thanks to my courthouse spy), Future dropped his counter suit.

The countersuit was dismissed “with prejudice” by a Fulton County judge on June 13. This means he can’t sue CiCi again for the same complaint.

A California judge recently granted the 32-year-old rap artist twice-monthly visitation with his 2-year-old son, Future Zahir Wilburn.

The rapper, whose real name is Nayvadius Wilburn, accused Ciara of bad-mouthing him to the media. He also wanted her to cover his expensive attorney fees and court costs.

It appears now that they have agreed to get along for the sake of their minor child.

  1. Ciara just keeps on winning. I bet all the f-ck boys are going to be in their feelings when they read this. You know Future is their f-ck boy hero.

  2. Let’s be honest he wont even be able to keep up with twice a month visit smh. He rather make make babies than spend time with them

  3. Well she lost the case so there was no reason for him to move forward. Now maybe they can co-parent like normal people are supposed to.

    1. Actually she just lost the case for her request for full custody. She didn’t lose her gag order/defamation case.

  4. Hopefully this means Future will keep Ciara’s name out of his mouth. Her being with Russell shouldn’t keep him so pressed.
