Estate Trustee for Bobbi Kristina Quits + Says Pat & Cissy’s Beef with Bobby Brown is Hindering Progress

The Jasmine Brand writes the trustee administrating Bobbi Kristina Brown’s estate has resigned. This occured after a year-long legal dispute with Cissy and Pat Houston. The legal fights showcased that the Houstons still cannot get along with Bobby Brown and feel Nick Gordon is too broke to keep pursuing legally.

Bedelia Hargrove was appointed the estate administrator of Bobbi Kristina’s estate.  Her aunt Pat and grandmother Cissy Houston are both guardians of her trust, which contains the inheritance left to Bobbi from Whitney Houston.

Hargrove sued Bobbi Kristina’s relatives demanding they be removed as trustees of the estate. The Houstons refused to pay bills the estate owed. According to Hargrove, the estate owes $86k in unpaid bills.

The Houston’s responded, accusing her of refusing to let them review the bills. They also accused her of wasting money by continuing on with the wrongful death lawsuit with Nick Gordon. The Houstons believe the suit to be a waste of time due to Nick Gordon not having money or financial security.

Over the course of the legal battle, Hargrove claimed that Cissy and Pat were unable to perform their duties due to their hostility towards Bobbi Kristina’s father Bobby Brown.

  1. No it’s good she quit. the lawyer is trying to waste all of whitneys and Bobbi Kristina money in probate and trial fees. Just think about it, why should there be an 86K bill IF THEYRE liquidating all of the estates assets? The house that Whitney had in Jersey sold for under a mil. BEDelia Hargrove is just trying to score her a check using whitneys leftover dough. And this is the lawyer that’s managing what Bobbi Kristina has already received not the Money in Whitneys estate. The lawyer is persuing a case that will cost about half a mil but they won’t be able to collect. They already won that trial so why is she still needed?? Nik works at Publix in FL so no mayer how man liens they file good luck garnishing 7.25 an hr plus FL has the homestead exemption.
