Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida’s marriage is very much over, however, getting divorced has become a complicated process for the former couple.
Not too long ago a judge tossed out their divorce judgment, and it was reported the reason why is because Phaedra intentionally misspelled names on the court documents.
Apollo is asking for the assets to be divided equally, but rumor has it this court battle isn’t the only thing he has to worry about.
According to the latest gossip, Apollo may be still committing crimes.

According to a jail mate currently being held at the same prison as the RHOA’s star, Nida Apollo is being held in the shoe after the prison caught him doing credit card fraud on his cellphone. The inmate tells us that Nida Apollo was paying inmates $200 a pop for their credit cards. The inmate claims Nida may get more time some where around 4-5 years if convicted.
Interestingly enough, Apollo’s fiancée didn’t take long to come to his defense in the comment section:
She needs to sit down somewhere because Apollo has already proven that no matter what, he’s not above committing crimes. I don’t know if this is true but he certainly isn’t above it either.
I can already see that his fiancée is going to be annoying as hell.
She just does way too much for a man who will not be getting out of prison for at least seven years.
Honestly this isn’t far fetched for Apollo. Even with the money Phaedra and him had coming in, it still didn’t keep him from committing fraud yet again. So why am I supposed to believe that being locked up will stop him?
Idk, one of Phaedra’s stans could have made this up. They love to lie because it’s the only way they can make Phaedra look good.

It’s already common knowledge that Apollo has a cellphone so she can go somewhere with that bs. And I wouldn’t put it past him to be committing fraud. He passed up legitimate jobs to keep scamming.
