TI and Tiny’s Divorce Finally Moves Forward

Last year it was revealed that although Tiny filed for divorce, she used it as a last ditch effort to get TI to finally act right.

But between Tiny and Bernice Burgos arguing on social media, and TI admitting in an interview that he is a better friend than husband, Tiny has had enough.

According to sources, Tiny officially served TI with papers. Radar Online writes:

T.I. has officially been served with divorce papers from his soon-to-be ex-wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle-Harris, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Following months of speculation that the couple would reconcile, the court papers reveal that their divorce is now moving forward full steam ahead.

In December 2016, Tiny filed for divorce from T.I. – real name Clifford Harris – in a Georgia Court.

Tiny said the marriage is irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation. She is seeking primary physical custody and joint legal custody of their three kids, and asked the judge to determine the amount of child support, visitation and health insurance her soon-to-be ex-husband will have to pay.

Further, she demanded T.I. hand over all financial records regarding their money and investment accounts. The petition points out that during the marriage, they acquired a number of automobiles, which she wants to be split between them.

In her petition, she is seeking both temporary and permanent alimony consistent with their standard of living. She also asked for their martial debt be covered by T.I. due to his high earning ability.

T.I. has yet to respond to the divorce petition in court.

Despite not responding to the petition, he does have something to say about the divorce.

Radar has exclusively confirmed that T.I. filed his own documents with the court on April 24, 2017, acknowledging service of the legal papers by his estranged wife.

  1. I don’t understand why it took so long. Especially if he’s going around town saying she’s a distraction.
