BFV Recap: Michael Brings Miss Wanda to Mexico + Evelyn Gives Interesting Advice

Trina and Traci shop in preparation for the family trip to Mexico.

After Traci’s photo shoot with the liquor brand went well, she decides to shop for more cowboy clothing with Trina.

They discuss the drama surrounding the trip, and they agree that it’s not a good idea to have a blended family with Michael and Miss Wanda.

The sisters catch up at dinner before leaving for Mexico.

Towanda gives an update on her messy divorce with Andre, and Toni just feels like he’s in his feelings and doesn’t mean what he’s saying.

Towanda also tells them that he accused her of having a boyfriend, but she tells them the only man in her life is her vibrator.

Their brother Mikey calls, and he tells them that he will see if Micheal is open to coming on the trip without his wife.

Evelyn and the girls arrive to Mexico.

They go out to dinner on the first night, and Tamar brings up how she misses Logan and Vince. It’s Vince’s birthday weekend, and the sisters feel like she’s just fishing for the go ahead to invite him to Mexico.

They pay her dust and Tamar calls Michael to see if he’s coming to Mexico. He plans to get there soon.

Evelyn has interesting advice on how to deal with cheating husbands.

Tamar asks if Vince can come to Mexico since it’s his birthday weekend, and his parents are deceased, but her sisters make it clear that it’s their trip. Tamar is disappointed, however, she decides to invite Vince and Logan to Mexico anyway.

After visiting Elizabeth Taylor’s former home, they have a discussion about side chicks and cheating husbands. Toni reveals she got great advice from Evelyn when she was 17 and she told her that if a woman asks a man if he’s cheating and he says he does and the woman stays anyway, she becomes the other woman.

“If you ain’t finna leave your man, let his a-s cheat on you in peace.” – Tamar

The discussion makes Evelyn think about her failed marriage to Michael.

Although she’s still feeling some kind of way about Michael, she is happy to see that Toni may be in love with Birdman. She brings him up constantly on the trip.

Michael arrives to Mexico with Miss Wanda.

“What do you think the girls think about me being here?” – Miss Wanda

Michael tells Wanda that he understands the kids didn’t want her there, but they have to accept that she’s his family now.

Michael and Wanda don’t want anyone to know they are there just yet. They see Logan and his nanny swimming in the pool, but tell them to keep their mouths shut, keeping their arrival a secret for now.

  1. TACKY TACKY TACKY – IT DOESN’T MATTER IF THE AFFAIR AND DIVORCE HAPPENED 100 YEARS AGO – IT HAPPENED – IT HURT – AND YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND YOUR FAMILY FORGIVES YOU BUT WANTS NO PART OF THE RELATIONSHIP THAT BROKE THEIR FAMILY UP. ITS DISRESPECTFUL TO MRS. EV – AND ITS INCONSIDERATE OF EVERYONE’S FEELINGS. YOU DO YOU WITH MRS. WANDA AND RESPECT HOW YOUR FAMILY FEELS ABOUT HER AND HOW THINGS WENT DOWN… MRS. WANDA SHOULDN’T EVEN WANT TO GO – SHE KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS – SHE KNOW THE FAM ISN’T FEELING HER – GUESS SHE WANT SOME CAMERA TIME TOO – SMDH…

    1. That’s exactly how I feel smh. She jus want some camera time. Why why why would u want to be around ANYBODY you purposefully hurt and rub that pain all in their face by being present with their dad/ex wife and you are the other woman. He so disrespectful and she’s a straight up cu-t PERIOD!
