TNT’s “Claws” seems to be a show that is well on its way to developing a strong following. The show features Niecy Nash as “Desna” who in charge of a central Florida nail shop and money laundering operation. Things get complicated for Desna when Karrueche Tran’s character Virginia jeopardizes everyone they know to defend Desna. Check out our recap of the premiere for the details.
From the looks of the ratings, the new show has a promising future.

The premiere of “Claws” on TNT put up decent ratings with a 0.4 and 1.18 million viewers. That’s on par with the season premiere of “Animal Kingdom” in late May and stacks up fairly well against other recent TNT debuts.
