Invite Only Cabo Recap: Kamani & Agu’s Romance Fails + Larry & Corey Flourish

Larry goes all out for Corey’s birthday.

He rents a yacht so Corey can celebrate his birthday in a big way. He invites the group and hopes it won’t be any drama.

“This yacht is going to be a perfect fit for my king.” – Corey

Jermane is struggling with the yacht and vomits before they even get on it. His fear of the water and not being able to swim makes him uneasy.

Bianca realizes she comes in at second place when comparing the birthday celebration Larry planned for her prior to Corey’s arrival.

Kamani is happy Agu is at odds with Emily.

The group discusses Agu’s fallout with Emily and Kamani is impressed that Agu went off on Emily. He continues to place all the blame on her regarding their hookups.

Corey doesn’t remember telling Larry that he loves him.

When Bianca asks Corey if he remembers eating coconut shrimp the night before, he says he doesn’t remember eating it.

Larry then asks if Corey remembers that he told Larry that he loved him. Corey doesn’t and it frustrates Larry.

“Why does alcohol make people so stupid?” – Corey

Corey admits that when he gets really drunk, he also gets really vulnerable.

They decide to have alone time at dinner to talk about the issue.

Meanwhile, the group decides to cook a great dinner for Larry to celebrate their last night together in Cabo.

Corey and Larry discuss Corey’s drunken proclamation of love.

Larry asks Corey if Corey meant it when he said that he was in love with him.

In a confessional, Larry says that he always expects to be disappointed by Corey because he’s been disappointed by him in the past. He also reveals that his first major fallout with Corey was him telling Corey he loved him but Corey not saying anything back.

Corey tells Larry that he meant what he said and he actually is in love with him.

Larry then asks why it took him so long to open up and Corey admits he doesn’t like opening up to people unless he’s drunk. Despite that, he feels like they are in a good place.

Larry then gives him a necklace from Tiffany with a Bulgari ring.

“This ring is basically to say that I’m committed to you and you have my heart and I’m ready to take the relationship to the next level.” – Larry

Kamani is ready to give Agu another chance.

They discuss his argument with Emily, and Agu tells her that Emily said Kamani wants Agu to take care of her and her daughter.

There’s a flashback scene to Emily saying Kamani wants Agu to take her daughter to Church E Cheese. This angers Kamani and she says it’s not cool that Emily would even go there about her child and the fact that she is a single mother.

Corey goes home and Larry is sad to see him go.

The group tells him they have a surprise for him and to be ready at 7pm. Bianca takes the lead in planning the night.

Kamani confronts Emily.

Emily tells Bianca that she’s ready to bury her old self and become a better person. She refers to her old self as “Enemy.”

Kamani overhears her as she is sitting next to Bianca, and tells Emily that she said something about her daughter and that wasn’t cool. Emily tells her she doesn’t remember because she was drunk and she has no idea what she even said.

In a green screen interview, Kamani says she’s tired of Emily always using her “I was blacked out” excuse.

After a bit of arguing, Emily says she was wrong and she really hates how she behaved on the trip. She realizes her drinking is out of control and she has to change.

The men, with the exception of Larry, get annoyed and break up the drama by suggesting they all go shopping one last time. Agu ends up buying Kamani a necklace and hopes they can finally make a romance work without Emily’s interference.

Larry and Bianca have a heart to heart.

Larry asks Bianca how she felt about Corey coming to Cabo and she tells him she was happy to see him be free. He tells her that if things don’t work out in ten years, he still hopes they can get married. She reminds him that depends on if she’s available or not. They laugh and hug it out.

The surprise dinner for Larry is a success.

Larry is impressed by the dinner set up, and everyone notices that Emily doesn’t drink any wine. She tells the group that she’s done drinking for a while and Larry says he supports her decision.

He tells the group that the trip wouldn’t have been the same without any of them and they thank him for the opportunity.

Bianca gifts Larry with a trip to Palm Springs for one.

After dinner, they head out to the club once more as a group.

Everyone has something to take away from their time in Cabo.

In a green screen interview, Bianca says her relationship with Larry was tested but she now knows where they stand and will be open to finding love with someone else.

Jermane and Malaku come to the conclusion that Larry put them in the same room so they could grow closer. It worked and they remain close after their trip to Cabo.

In Emily’s confessional, she says that she’s going to really focus on working on herself when she gets home. Her boyfriend forgave her for cheating and they are still together.

On the way back to the house, Agu gifts Ago with a necklace with her birthstone. She thanks him and they kiss. When they get back to the house, they decide they will try dating when they get home. However, it’s revealed by production later that they didn’t mesh outside of Cabo and their romance was short-lived. Agu didn’t even meet Kamani’s daughter.

As far as Larry, his relationship with Corey continues to flourish. They are doing great and Corey has started telling Larry he loves him even while he’s sober.
