Details Released on Sheree Whitfield’s Alleged New Husband Tyrone Gilliams
Straight From the A is reporting that Shereé Whitfield is married once more. The interesting thing about her marriage is that it was a low-key ceremony at a federal prison. She allegedly married her long time friend Tyrone Williams.
Sheree Whitfield of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is now a prison wife.
Phaedra wasn’t the only ‘housewife’ with a penchant for inmates, because word on the curb is that Sheree has been holding down her jailhouse boo for years now.
Whitfield and Tyrone Gilliams have a long history outside the confinement of the prison walls but she’s reportedly been standing by his side despite his lengthy prison sentence.
News recently leaked that the divorceè and her boo have now finally sealed the deal and made their relationship official.
MTO obtained several photos from the couple’s jailhouse ‘wedding’ and state that the Sheree and Tyrone are now ‘husband and “wifey”.
I wouldn’t normally quote MTO on something like this, but I’ve personally heard about Sheree’s jailhouse visits for quite some time now.
She’s been often spotted visiting her Gilliam, who was at one point housed in an Atlanta area penitentiary and the buzz around town last season when Sheree and her ex-husband Bob pretended to reconcile was that Sheree was already in a committed relationship with “some inmate”.
For the record, Tyrone Gilliams is the same ‘promoter’ that allegedly scammed Sheree and Nene out of appearance fees causing them both to fall out during that epic fight where Nene cited her ‘Trump Checks’
SFTA also claims that Tyrone allegedly was the one who financed the building of Chateau Sheree.
MediaTakeOut is the original source for the photos and had this to say about their relationship.
Sheree Whitfield from the Atlanta Housewives has a new “husband” – and he’s a PRISON INMATE. MediaTakeOut.com EXCLUSIVELY learned that Sheree is “married” to Tyrone Gilliams, Jr. He apparently is in jail for fraud.
It’s not clear whether the marriage is legal or not, but the two refer to each other as husband and “wifey.”
And we have PROOF. Peep the pics.
But before you go KNOCKING Sheree, Tyrone isn’t some petty scammer – he was jailed for allegedly concocting a MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR sophisticated Securities Fraud.
So he is a successful WHITE COLLAR (alleged) scammer.
Check out the photos below:
Tyrone Williams is currently serving a 10 year prison sentence for securities fraud back in 2013.
According to the Daily Pennsylvanian, he stole $5 million and used the proceeds to bank roll a charity fundraiser gala that featured Shereé, Diddy and Jamie Foxx.
This former basketball starter went on to form TLG, TL Gilliams, LLC, a commodities trading firm. He became a skilled commodities trader and began to make a name for himself, carving out niches as a hip-hop promoter with connections and a rising philanthropist.
Prosecutors believed that he and Everette Scott Jr. solicited about $5 million from businessmen in Florida and Ohio. Gilliams promised his investors astonishing returns as high as five percent per week.
He claimed to have a U.S. Treasury STRIPS Trading program where he would pool money from investors to have buying power to purchase large shares of STRIPS and that the investment was “virtually risk-free.”
Instead, the money was put to a gold venture, a warehouse in Denver, funds for renovating his home and promoting a Bahamas comedy show.
Most surprising of all was a charity fundraiser in Philadelphia. The “Joy to the World Fest” was a compilation of events around the city including a food giveaway for 5,000 people in need, a gospel concert, a bowling party, a children’s event at the Convention Center and an album release party with Jamie Foxx. The main event was a fundraising gala the Saturday night before Christmas at the Ritz-Carlton with a full celebrity lineup.
Gilliams used $1.3 million of laundered money to put towards this event.
