Those who have watched reality television over the years remember that Chilli looked for love on her own reality show, “What Chilli Wants.”
The show ran for two seasons on VH1.
Although she’s been in relationships since, she still hasn’t found “the one.”
Some of her fans seem to think it’s all because her list of wants just isn’t realistic.
But when a follower actually tweeted that to her recently, she explained why she won’t be giving up her list, ever.

It’s crazy how ppl think they know what’s best for you on social media but don’t know you from Adam. Smh??♀️ Chili knows what she will and will not deal with in a relationship. Ppl should let her be. Some women will lower their standards to have a man and end up being used and abused by him. I agree with Chili. Stand for something so you don’t fall for anything.
Black women are always expected to lower our standards. Other women are not taught that sh-t.
She can have whatever list she wants to.
I definitely don’t think there is anything wrong with having a list of standards however I do think that there are some areas where you can be lenient and she just isn’t. I think that’s where the fan was coming from, I remember watching the show and I honestly did think the same sometimes. If I’m not mistaken there was a point where she would find someone that had 9 out of 10 qualities she wanted but he would be completely disregarded because he didn’t have that one extra quality. I feel that’s where lenience can come in, but that’s me.
And that’s why she’s alone. Keep your standards but, be willing to bend. How about she falls in love with someone who doesn’t have one thing on her list, I don’t think she’s going to drop him, I think she’s going to write a new list. Time is moving right on by and all she has is a darn list…Whatever…
