R. Kelly Responds to Numerous Allegations with ‘I Admit’ + Says Black Men Should Be Uplifted

R. Kelly was trending this morning on social media thanks to song he released in response to the many allegations he’s facing.

The song, titled “I Admit” addresses R. Kelly apparent side of things. He apparently doesn’t agree with being called an alleged pedophile, and says that he’s “been set up” by his “enemies.”

    It’s amazing how these sick abusers love to pull the woe is me I’m a black man card when they get called out on their evil actions. Newsflash, black women go through way more hardships than black men. Not only are we women, but we’re black too. For him to pretend he’s some victim is why I’ll never support him again.

    This man is complete garbage. But because he’s a black man, he will always have support. Black men can literally do whatever they want and the black community will make excuses. R Kelly and Kanye are proof of that. Black women are cancelled for much less.

    What is this supposed to do for him? Those of us who have cancelled him when continue not to support him. And those who still support him will keep supporting him. This changes nothing.
