Neffe and Soullow return to Iyanla for more help on the midseason premiere of “Fix My Life.” The couple appeared last season, and Iyanla confronted Neffe for appearing to come onto the show not for help, but self-promotion.
Now the two returned and their relationship seemed to be worse than before.
During a one-on-one sit-down between Iyanla and Soullow, Neffe interrupts, cursing at both of them from the stairs. That outburst exacerbates Soullow’s feelings of being done with the relationship, although Iyanla disagrees with that assessment.
Neffe also reveals to Iyanla that she was recently diagnosed with bi-polar disorder. However, Neffe refuses to take her medication to treat the disorder.
This perplexes Iyanla and she confronts Neffe about it.
“Supposed they said it was cancer? Would you say, ‘No, no. I don’t have cancer.’ You know what would happen? You’d be dead!” – Iyanla
