More legal problems for Fabolous.
Emily B and Fabolous may be back together, but the on and off couple aren’t in the clear when it comes to legal woes.
As we reported last year, Fabolous has been accused of assaulting Emily during a disagreement.
In a police report filed, Emily accused Fab of knocking out her front teeth. Not too long after, video of Fab threatening Emily and her father while seemingly brandishing a sharp object went viral on the blogs.
Although Emily and Fab got back together, he’s still facing time behind bars.
According to TMZ, Fab is facing 4 felony charges in relation to his alleged attack on Emily B.
A grand jury in New Jersey indicted Fab on 1 count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, as well as 2 counts of threatening to kill. He was also indicted on 1 count of possession of a weapon. The weapon in this case is a pair of scissors.
Apparently a pair of scissors is what Fabolous was brandishing in that video of him threatening Emily and her father.
It’s being reported that each charge can bring up to 5 years in prison.
UPDATE: Multiple sites are suspecting that Fabolous and Emily may now be married. Both have been rocking rings on their ring fingers in recent photos.

Many think the timing of them being married would keep Emily from testifying against Fab. Of course, this is all just gossip.
