Joe asks Remy for some help.

Remy and Joe are recording the first episode of “State of the Culture.”

They are joined by two other cohosts.

Although Remy is pregnant and Papoose wants her to slow down, Remy is remaining focused on her career.

After they wrap up, Joe asks Remy for advice on how to deal with Cyn going through postpartum depression. In a green screen interview, Remy says she relates because she struggled after she had her son.

But Joe is convinced that getting a nanny should really help things. However, this is something Cyn doesn’t want to do. Remy says she will try to talk to Cyn.

Yandy has taken a 16-year-old into her home.

Her name is Infinity and Yandy wants her around until they straighten out her foster home situation.

The kids really love Infinity and Yandy really wants to look out for her.

Safaree signs a controversial deal.

Jaquae and Safaree catch up over tacos.

They are joined by Rich.

Apparently Safaree is celebrating the fact that a s*x toy company has reached out to create toys out of a mold of Safaree’s p*nis. They will pay him $1 million.

But Rich doesn’t think this is a good move for Safaree career wise. Safaree disagrees and thinks he shouldn’t turn down good money.

They then discuss Sidney Starr. Jaquae has been working on the track and Rich hopes he won’t have another in studio disaster like he did with Erica Mena. Safaree and Jaquae laugh as Rich reminisces about the situation.

Remy gives Cyn some advice.

Remy and Cyn talk.

They discuss Cyn’s relationship with Joe. Remy wants to hear both sides. In a green screen interview, Cyn says she has mixed feelings about Joe asking a friend to talk to her.

Regardless, she’s willing to talk to Remy and get her perspective.

Remy says that relationships aren’t easy for anyone but it’s important for a couple to learn how to communicate.

She also says that both Joe and Cyn need to figure out how to get back to being the people they were when they first fell in love.

“Get a babysitter.” – Remy

A nanny is suggested by Remy as she reveals that she’s getting one for herself. Although Cyn doesn’t want a nanny, she does think it’s a good idea for her and Joe to spend time with one another without cellphones.

Sidney is in the studio hard at work.

She’s been working hard on her lyrics and her friend Bryon comes by to check on her.

Bryon asks Sidney to rap so he can see what Rich took issue with.

After she wraps up, Bryon says that she didn’t do a good job.

This upsets Sidney and she says that she refuses to give up.

“I need all the help I can get.” – Sidney

So she plans on meeting with Nya for some tips.

Yandy has been trying to get in touch with Infinity’s case worker.

But so for she hasn’t heard anything back.

Jonathan comes over to chat it up with Yandy.

They discuss Infinity and Yandy says that Infinity ran away from her foster home.

He tells her to be careful because this could be illegal.

But Yandy doesn’t feel that way because she’s mentoring Infinity. She just wanted to help her and give her a loving home.

Papoose and Remy cause Safaree to think things through.

Safaree meets up with Remy and Papoose.

They tell him they are ready to see him settle down.

He believes he’s going to settle down in a year.

The subject changes into Safaree’s s*x toy deal.

Papoose says he doesn’t think Safaree should go through with it because it’s a sharp left from his music career.

“Did you read the contract?” – Remy

Safaree reveals he didn’t read the contract. At this point, Remy says it’s a huge mistake to not read the contracts he signs.

But Safaree already signed the contract, so he’s going to move forward and wish for the best.

Cyn and Joe still can’t get on the same page.

They discuss Remy’s advice of taking some time to spend with one another without distractions.

But Joe wants Cyn to focus on dealing with postpartum depression.

“Are you no longer depressed?” – Joe

“I’m doing okay right now.” – Cyn

“No, you’re not.” – Joe

Joe then says he doesn’t believe Cyn can self-help herself through depression. But Cyn doesn’t want to see a therapist or be put on medication.

Safaree heads to LA to meet with the s*x toy company, Doc Johnson.

When the executives tell him the mold can make about six to seven figures a month, Safaree feels like this is an amazing opportunity.

But he thinks about what Papoose said, and begins to have second thoughts.

He will take a few days to think about everything.

Yandy tries to clear her mind with Sidney and Maggie.

She gets emotional and says that legally she has to take Infinity back to her group home.

Maggie reveals she was placed in the system after her mom passed away.

As for Yandy, she’s an emotional wreck and she’s about to do one of the hardest things she’s ever had to do.

Sidney comes around.

Nya and Sidney meet up again.

Since Nya feels like Sidney needs a new look, she brings some new outfits and wigs.

This isn’t what Sidney wants to do. She would prefer to get help wth her rapping not her look.

Jaquae comes by and Sidney makes it clear that she’s annoyed with Nya. She the raps on the spot after Jaquae tells her he needs to hear if she’s been working on her verses.

Sidney once again struggles.

After Sidney says that she feels like Jaquae and Nya don’t believe in her, Nya checks her and tells her she needs to get tough skin if she wants to be in the music business.

This brings Sidney back to reality and she is finally willing to try on some of Nya’s new outfits and wigs.

Yandy has an honest conversation with Infinity.

She spoke to Infinity’s case worker, who informed her that Infinity can’t stay with Yandy until it’s been approved.

So she will have to take Infinity back to the group home.

Infinity breaks down crying and says that she just wants to be somewhere where she is loved.

This also brings Yandy to tears.

But she assures Infinity that she’s going to do everything she can to figure this out.
