Junior has made headlines.

Apparently the media learned of Junior punching S.P. in the face. But S.P. told the press he was “sucker punched” and the cops were called.

Adriana tells Junior that he could have been the bigger man in the situation. But she’s aware that they both can be hotheads at times.

Back at the shop, the rest of the gang works to try to clean up all of the blood left by S.P. Lily has an attitude and says the situation isn’t funny when the gang makes jokes about the situation.

Bella comes in heated and says it was wrong for Junior to call S.P. a b*tch.

But the guys see things differently and they say S.P. escalated things from jump. They take in consideration that S.P. walked up on Junior before he was punched.

Regardless, S.P. told Bella he plans to press charges.

Adriana and Junior discuss anger management. While Adriana has been in the past, Junior isn’t really interested in going. But Adriana doesn’t accept this.

“You’re a grown a-s man and we’re not kids.” – Adriana

She tells him he has to go to anger management if he wants to be with her.

Don makes major career moves.

GILL Talent Group has a meeting with Don.

The Chicago based talent agency thinks Don has the right look for acting and modeling.

So they have him audition on the spot, which includes a cold read in which Don plays a “sugar daddy.”

The staff is impressed and they feel he’ll be even better with the proper training.

Bella gives another update on S.P.

She tells the group S.P.’s lip is still bleeding and he’s still pressing charges.

Don gets upset and decides to leave. He doesn’t want to keep hearing about the drama.

Lily then says that what happened was wrong and no one can ever call her a bully again because she’s never done anything like that.

She too walks out of the shop.

Charmaine thinks Lily went too far.

Danielle and Charmaine discuss the shop drama.

In a green screen interview, Danielle confirms that she and Terrence are still engaged.

The two cousins are joined by Charmaine’s boo Neek.

They discuss a video of Lily calling Jenn the N-word during an argument. None of them are okay with this.

Charmaine says that Lily always says the word with hate and it’s a racist thing for her to do.

“I could never work with somebody who acts like that.” – Neek

Danielle says she’s not surprised and it’s interesting that Lily hasn’t lost her job. Charmaine feels Lily should be fired.

Don secures his first acting gig.

He’s going to be on a show on Amazon.

When he shoots the scene, he does a pretty good job.

Junior has his first anger management session.

He tells the therapist that Adriana is the main reason he came. He’s now understanding that he has an anger problem.

“I mean I’ve always been a hot head.” – Junior

Junior has three brothers and they were involved in the gang life.

He feels immediate guilt after he explodes on people. Apparently his cousin Jesse’s death has really affected him. Jesse was shot to death in 2015.

Junior sobs as he recounts this tragedy.

“His name was Jesse Diaz.” – Junior

Since Junior went on to better himself and left his cousin behind, he feels guilty about what happened.

The therapist tells Junior he needs to learn how to love himself and they agree to have another session. They hug before Junior leaves.

Lily has a client come to the shop.

Since her booth was trashed during the S.P. drama, she’s salty that she has to use another station.

Her client wants a phoenix tattooed on his arm.

In a green screen interview, she says that there’s a double standard when she fights versus the men fighting in the shop. They don’t get the backlash she does.

Regardless, she’s just going to focus on her career.

Adriana and Junior visit his cousin’s gravesite.

Junior’s cousin Jasmine meets them there. Jasmine is Jesse’s sister.

He opens up to Jasmine about all the guilt he’s been feeling.

They walk to the grave together.

Junior breaks down crying when he gets there. But he feels like a weight has been lifted off his shoulders.

At the shop, Charmaine tells Van, Don and Ryan that Lily blames them for the fight.

But the guys feel like they just had family’s back.

Charmaine confronts Lily.

Charmaine then brings up the video of Lily calling Jenn the N-word in the shop. This apparently happened after the camping trip.

Van says he knows about the video but Charmaine plays it for everyone.

Don says that Lily only says the word out of anger. Van says that’s a racist thing to do.

Minutes later, Lily walks in.

“What you talking bout?” – Lily

Charmaine then tells Lily that it’s demeaning for Lily to use the N-word.

Lily says she’s been around them for three years, so she doesn’t understand why it’s a problem now.

She says it’s only a problem if she uses the “er.”

Then Lily says that Charmaine is a ‘white girl” because she’s not from the hood.

This makes Charmaine go all the way off.

She tells Lily that she’s not allowed to say it. Lily then says if the word is so bad, why does Charmaine use it?

Van gets mad and yells that Lily wouldn’t be okay with him calling her slurs for Mexicans.

Lily says that it’s not the same thing.

Don says that if Lily has a problem with what happened with S.P., she should leave. He then asks who wants Lily gone.

Everyone says that they don’t want her there anymore, except Ryan. Ryan of course has the last say.

Ryan says he doesn’t hate Lily, so it’s not an easy decision to make.

So he asks Lily if she can work with everybody at the shop. Lily says she needs the money and Van says he’s out if Lily stays.

Ryan then tells Lily she needs to take some time off because she’s not getting along with the others. Lily says she feels this is offensive and she doesn’t like the way Ryan is talking to her.

Charmaine says that how they feel when she uses the N-word.

Lily then throws her drink on Charmaine and Charmaine tackles her to the ground before security intervenes.

Don gets angry and flips over the table.
