“Black Ink Crew” returned last week, and plenty of drama went down on the season 7 midseason premiere.
Alex and Donna declared war on Cease and Teddy.
And it appeared as if someone came by to shoot up the shop.
However, all of the drama did not result in high ratings.
Ratings are actually dropping.
