Remy Ma is Now Facing Four Charges + Trial Set for July
Things aren’t getting any better for Remy Ma’s ongoing drama with Brittney Taylor.
According to the NY Daily News, Remy is now facing four charges: aggravated harassment in the second and harassment in the second, and two counts of assault in the third.
All the charges are misdemeanors.
Remy’s camp has been saying that it’s no way that Remy could have assaulted Brittney. According to them, she wasn’t even at the venue at the time of the attack. Brittney allegedly claimed the assault happened at 9:30 pm.
But prosecutors have now changed the time to 10:30 pm.
TMZ claims that it’s being said that the footage from the venue has Remy there at that time.
However, there is no video of the alleged assault.
Remy has been offered a plea deal in which she would plead to assault in exchange for anger management. Charges would be dropped. And she would serve no jail time.
Apparently, Remy has turned down the deal.
The trial will take place in July.
When asked if she is looking forward to the trial, Remy told reporters:
No, who looks forward to going to trial? I have things to do in my life — like, I have a real job, I have a family, I have a husband, I have a daughter.
You guys should probably Google the people that you guys are calling ‘stars,’ and that you guys are, you know, giving credibility to. Look into them.
