Things start off very peaceful.

Lily even ends up apologizing to Charmaine.

But after Charmaine gets honest about how she feels working at the old shop now, Ryan goes all the way off.

    Ryan was a whole b-tch for that sh-t not only did he tell his so call friends to go to hell but his viewers in the people that actually look at that show and supported his real dumb retarded a-s he told us to f*** I self to so f*** him the shows always and stick it up his m************ a-s because he turns into a whole B-tch

      I feel like Ryan is completely justified in how he handled that situation. They almost ran him completely out of business because they wanted to party and fight everyday. No one was doing tattoos. They publicly disrespected him and he still gave Van’s ungrateful a$$ a position over the old shop. The first thing Van did after taking over was throw a party! They are lucky Ryan has not completely cut their toxic a$$e$ all the way off because that is really what they deserve. When you are a boss, you have to make boss moves. You can not allow so called family or friends ruin the reputation of your business, and keep you from getting that bag. I’m proud of Ryan. It’s about time!
