When Candiace isn’t clashing with her mother Dorothy, she’s having a war of words with Ashley.
During the group’s trip to New Orleans, Katie tells Ashley that Candiace isn’t convinced Ashley really wants to get pregnant.
Her proof seems to be the fact that Ashley hasn’t managed to quit drinking.
At the beginning of the season, Ashley said she wanted to cut back on alcohol to increase her odds of getting pregnant.
But she got drunk at Candiace’s wedding and she had plenty of drinks in New Orleans.
When Ashley confronts Candiace about this, Candiace ends up apologizing for her approach.
In a later conversation, Candiace tells Ashley that she meant what she said. And she only apologized for being aggressive.
This didn’t go over well with Ashley. So the two women began arguing, again and Ashley then demanded that Candiace let the topic go:
Don’t come for my uterus. Find something else! Find something else!
