Candiace Dillard wants things to improve with her mother Dorothy.
But Dorothy hasn’t really been receptive to therapy.
On the upcoming episode of “Real Housewives of Potomac,” this is discussed.
It becomes the topic while Candiace, Dorothy and Candiace’s sister Crystal are at a restaurant.
Dorothy said that she already knows who she is. So therapy isn’t going to help her learn anything else about herself.
She believes the real issue is Candiace not being respectful:
Kids used to, you know, respect their parents.
Crystal then tells Dorothy that goes both ways:
But the parent also has to respect their children. Let’s not forget that part.
In a green screen interview, Candiace says she’s always respected how Crystal stands up to Dorothy.
