Teddy has reservations.

Ceaser is focused on expansion. So Puma convinced him to meet with a councilman to open a shop in Brooklyn. At this point, Cease will split his future shops 50/50 with Puma. He had a shop in Brooklyn but left it to his friend and apprentice Corey. Sadly, Corey was shot in the head and killed while he was doing a tattoo. The councilman says he will scout out a shop location for Cease.

They look at a location downtown Brooklyn. It has plenty of space. It also has a garden in the back. When they look at a second location, Cease is impressed that it doesn’t require a lot of renovations. But Puma tells him that the first place was bigger and they can have more clients. In a green screen interview, Teddy vents his frustration with Puma being his business partner. He feels like it’s nonsensical since Puma didn’t have a lot of success with his own shop.

London and Teddy move forward.

The girls have a night out. Krystal says she’s glad to be getting along with everyone with the exception of London. Kit says that she’s impressed with how supportive Cease has been. Everyone says they are cute together. Bae even thinks Kitty may be in love with him. Sky meets the women and joins them on the party bus. They are all happy to see her. Sky tells Tati that London pressed charges on her for assaulting her in Memphis. She tells the “arresting officer” to come in. It turns out to be a male dancer wearing an NYPD shirt. He starts dancing on the party bus and the women join him.

Teddy meets up with London at a restaurant. In a green screen interview, Teddy says that he wanted to see how she was doing after the shop drama. London tells him that the people at the shop let their personal feelings get in the way of business. And she feels like Teddy didn’t stand up for her. They switch topics and Teddy tells London that he’s open to now settling down with a woman. London appears to the right woman for him. He believes she may be different from the other women he’s dated in the shop. They flirt before getting the check.

Jess blows up on Walt.

Walt and Jess attempt to hash things out. Walt admits he was disappointed to hear that Jess doesn’t want to have any more kids. He’s always wanted a big family. But Jess explains that it was difficult for her to raise her sons on her own. She’s been homeless and even had to live in a shelter. Walt says that she wouldn’t have to be a single mother with him. While she knows he’s a great father, she feels it’s selfish for Walt to get mad at her about this. Jess made the decision before she was with Walt and she wants him to respect it. She storms off after the conversation with Walt goes nowhere.

The gang embraces Sky’s return.

Sky makes her return to the shop. She asks for an update on who is sleeping with who. When Donna says Teddy and London are dating, it gets awkward. But she’s fine with it. And she’s happy the employees are following her HR rules and sleeping with each other. Tati confirms that she and Krystal assaulted London. In a green screen interview, Sky says she’s going to have to fix the tension in the shop. Since the staff is being violent and has bad energy, she calls for another group bonding trip. Everyone is required to bring bathing suits and positive energy. Young Bae knows this is another trip that won’t end well.

Mike gets answers.

Mike meets the woman he may have fathered a son with. He wants to make sure that he finds out the truth. The woman says she ghosted Mike. She believes Mike is the father because the dates match up. But Mike will have to take a paternity test. It gets emotional for Mike after he expresses he wants the opportunity to be a dad since his dad wasn’t around for him. Missing out on five years of his possible child’s life is something he can’t ever get back.

Cease thinks Teddy may be jealous.

Cease has decided to move forward with the first shop location the councilman showed him. The garden is what made him choose the location. In a green screen interview, Teddy says Cease should have picked the second location instead. Now they have to do renovations.

Teddy pulls Cease outside to talk to him about Puma. He tells Cease that he may be moving too fast. And he wonders if Cease is trusting Puma way too much way too soon. In a green screen interview, Cease thinks Teddy may be jealous. In his opinion, Puma is the one who keeps coming up with all the great ideas.

The group’s bonding trip is a flop.

Later at the shop, Cease has a client come in. It’s a black man who is retiring from fire fighting. In a green screen interview, Cease says he’s trying to open a new chapter of his life with the shop in Brooklyn. So it’s not a good time for Teddy to have trust issues with Puma. Cease wants his whole team on the same page. When he wraps up the tattoo, his client says he loves it.

It’s the day of the group’s bonding trip. Tati didn’t come for personal reasons. And London didn’t feel like coming considering the tension she’s having with multiple people in the group. Teddy is nearly an hour late because he was with London.

When they are all in the van, they get stuck in traffic. Cease decides to make a speech. He’s happy so many of the OGs are back together. Not too long after, the van has engine trouble. They get out of the van, and Sky tries to cleanse their spirits with barely any clothes on. Mike decides to join her and strip down as well. This makes everyone else uncomfortable.
