The “Married to Medicine” cast is addressing the accusations regarding Mariah Huq. Toya Bush-Harris does not believe them. And she even went with Mariah as she took one of her drug tests. Dr. Simone Whitmore has also come out in support of Mariah. On “Watch What Happens Live,” she stated that she does not believe the accusations. And she’s known Mariah since 2004 and has never witnessed any drug use. In fact, Simone said Quad Webb-Lunceford made the accusations to be vindictive.
Buffie Purselle has also spoken out. She revealed she’s seen all of the test results from Mariah, and none of them were “inconclusive” like Quad claimed. Meanwhile, Dr. Contessa Metcalfe and Dr. Jackie Walters want nothing to do with the topic. But both agree that they understand the seriousness of the accusations and why Mariah is upset.
The only one from the cast who claimed they believed the accusations was Dr. Heavenly Kimes. And she made this revelation on the bus while the women were in Savannah. Since the episode aired, Heavenly has changed her stance. Hours ago, she tweeted the following:
