It looks as if Candiace Dillard and Monique Samuels may not be making peace anytime soon. While filming the upcoming season of RHOP, it was rumored both women got into a physical altercation. Now Monique has been charged with second-degree assault.
According to People Magazine, Candiace filed the complaint on November 7. Monique will have to report to court on December 23. And if the judge comes to the conclusion that there’s probable cause, Monique will be arrested.
A second-degree assault conviction could result in jail time.
As we also reported, it’s been said that the incident is being used as a way to remove Monique from the show. Rumor has it Candiace, Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon are saying Monique is too violent to film with.
