Yandy Smith’s friendship with Kimbella Vanderhee is just about non-existent. The two women clashed something serious after Kimbella accused Yandy of adopting Infinity to look good. Things got even worse with Chrissy Lampkin back on the show.

Although Kimbella says the last straw for her was Yandy wishing her a happy birthday on Instagram when they hadn’t spoken in months, Yandy has a different version of events.

In a recent interview with People TV, Yandy said that she actually hashed things out with Kimbella before they filmed the current season. And she was really hurt by the comments Kimbella made about her becoming a foster parent. However, they were able to move past that and their kids had even been spending time together. Everything was good until they filmed the scene about Chrissy and Jim Jones’ foreclosure news.

Yandy says Kimbella’s reaction was surprising to her.

She also threw a couple of jabs at Kimbella. Yandy denied becoming a foster parent for an “Instagram look” and said, “I mean I can do what she does. I can put on a thong bathing suit and turn around and clap my a*s. I’ve decided not to do that.”

And when Yandy was asked to say something sweet and salty about some of the other LHHNY cast members, the only good thing she could say about Kimbella is she has “nice curls.” The sour thing was Kimbella “jumps ship” and does things just for TV.

Interestingly enough, Yandy also said that Juju C. is “calculated” and will stretch little things out for multiple episodes. When she was asked about Chrissy, Yandy said she’s “well-poised” but should be more mature with her relationships.

She also gave an update on Mendeecees Harris. Yandy said he will be released from prison before her birthday on March 19.
