JoJo is called out by Master P.

Master P and Romeo Miller had multiple complaints about “Growing Up Hip Hop.” And they made their feelings known before they officially quit the show. Romeo would go on to say that the love triangle between him, Angela, and Bow Wow was fake. But he didn’t want to go forward with the storyline after Angela’s ex was killed.

Master P was annoyed with producers but he also seemed annoyed with JoJo Simmons, too.

He accused JoJo of trying to be tough for the cameras. And in his opinion, JoJo is a fake gangsta for getting fired up about Romeo’s treatment of Angela.

It’s not about being tough.

JoJo recently addressed all of this on Instagram. He’s really irritated that people are saying he was trying to be tough. He said, “I’m not mad at nobody in life but I just need people to stop tryna create narratives that I want to be tough on the show or that I’m tryna…either that I want to be tough or I want to act tough or I’m soft. Or I’m just going to let a n*gga push me around. Then when I defend myself, it’s, ‘Oh, he acts like he’s the most gangsta n*gga on the show!’ You don’t defend yourself in life? I’m supposed to sit there and take that from anybody who talks to me disrespectfully or sideways? I’m supposed to…then you would have really been calling me p*ssy if I don’t say nothing, right?”

And when it comes to the Millers, JoJo has nothing but respect. After saying he has no issues with Sam or Lil Twist, JoJo said, “I have no beef with Romeo as well. Romeo and Angela had they own issues. Romeo’s father decided to go talk about me in radio interviews and all this other stuff and on TV and all that. And I still have not said anything disrespectful to the Miller family. I still have respect, the utmost respect for the Miller family. I respect everything they’ve done. I respect that they came out the motherf*cking slums and they’ve made it to Calabasas. That’s what I respect.”

He added, “They don’t have to respect me. I respect their family. They don’t have to respect me nor my family. They can act like they do. They can talk bad about us. Talk bad about me. Gangsta comedian…all this other sh*t…I don’t care. I don’t care. I was raised the right way to not speak on my elders and not speak on another family like that, that really didn’t do nothing to me. You didn’t physically harm me, you didn’t touch my woman, you ain’t touch my child. You ain’t do nothing but say some words that can’t hurt me.”
