Buffie Purselle won’t forget her time on Bravo.

Married to Medicine” star Buffie Purselle had a difficult season on the show. It all went downhill while Dr. Jackie Walters was giving a speech at an event. She ended up telling the audience that Buffie was infertile.

Buffie was not happy about this and she would later confront Jackie.

It didn’t go well because Jackie was insulted that Buffie may have felt she was being malicious. Although Jackie would end up apologizing, Dr. Heavenly Kimes felt the need to defend her friend. So she clashed with Buffie. And even called Buffie fat at the reunion.

Although Buffie is no longer on the show, she’s been keeping up with other Bravo shows. In particular, “Real Housewives of Potomac.”

Buffie Purselle compares Gizelle Bryant to Dr. Heavenly Kimes.

The ladies just wrapped up an eventful season. And the reunion was just as explosive. Although many felt like Monique Samuels dragged Gizelle in part one, others felt like Gizelle didn’t get dragged enough in the last two parts.

When it came to the alleged “plot,” Gizelle denied it ever happened. And some viewers questioned why the clip of Candiace Dillard discussing the plot in detail on Instagram Live was not shown. Some fans seem to think it wasn’t shown because some of the higher-ups wanted to protect Gizelle as she’s been accused of being the ringleader.

Interestingly enough, Buffie had some things to say about RHOP and reality television in general.

While talking with her husband Dr. David Purselle on her YouTube channel, she said, “You can’t operate in a world of make-believe. And reality TV, in my view and my experience of it, is not fake. It’s not staged. But it’s improv is what I’ve said.”

David said, “It’s scripted reality in that they set up scenes. They set up scenarios and see how it plays out. But those scenarios are not necessarily something that would happen organically.”

Buffie went on to say that some people are protected. And she brought up Heavenly.

“And certain people know about the scenes. I always equate Gizelle to the dentist on the show that I was on. There are certain people who are told to do certain things and they do it. And that’s why they are protected because they make sure that the “magic” of the improv happens.”

She continued, “And then the people that it’s happening to are not told. So you just thrown in.”

The funny thing is Heavenly and Gizelle are cool with each other and Heavenly defends her.

Buffie hasn’t gotten over her trauma from Married to Medicine, does she has anything to do other than follow Bravo reality shows, get over the grudges and the hate and move on. Find something else to do, and focus on something positive, you said the money wasn’t worth it so move on. Buffie you are really reaching. In reality Bruce Jenner is a MAN. You all was played like fools for Bravo so why you you talking about the rest of them.

Yeah they are friends. And that’s because they have similar positions on their respective shows. Gizelle and Heavenly are essentially paid to bully other women. It’s sickening.

I think it’s obvious that Gizelle, Robyn, and Candiace are protected by the producers. Anyone else notice how no one made a big deal about Robyn’s unpaid taxes even though they made Ray’s unpaid taxes a major storyline a few seasons ago?

While I do agree with Buffie, I honestly wouldn’t waste my time on Deville Kimes. That witch is the devil for real.

She wasn’t my favorite after she let Joslene come on there and behave the way she did… but what she said makes sense. Im kinda done with potomac after all of this anyway

Buffie spilled a lot of tea in that video and basically confirmed things I’ve always thought. You have to wonder if these shows could be better if producers didn’t have favorites. Maybe things need to be more organic. Reality television has gotten too formulaic.

Buffer is so bitter and thirsty for the limelight. She’s still talking about Bravo made an only appeared in 10 episodes!

I was thinking the same about Buffie does she have anything else to do other than follow Bravo reality shows, I guess she is still in some kind of trauma after leaving Married to Medicine, Buffie go find something else to do and stop holding grudges and hating.

She’s right. And people are getting tired of these negative reality shows so the ratings keep dropping.

There’s a format. On these shows, you’ll usually have one or two main cast members who are messy and stir the pot who have a lot of power behind the scenes. They’ll have sidekicks and collectively they bully the one or two outcasts on the show who eventually befriend each other because the popular crew bullies them. It’s no longer fun to watch.

How sad that Bravo would go through great lengths to ruin someone’s family and reputation all for ratings.

In real life how many of us would go on a yearly vacation with women that we do not like just to argue with again and again. No they may not be scripted but they put them in situations and wait for them to explode. They also pay for them to go on these vacations. Reality tv is never really real reality tv. Andy Cohen with his girly a** tried to cover up the fact that Hecko, Jecko and Hyde was plotting about Monique and Chris’s son and even if it did not become part of the show it was still mentioned. None of them up on that stage would of wanted negative attention about their children talked about on that show period!! I have no respect for them at at all because if you want to come for me fine shoot your best shot but do not come for my child.

      December 30, 2020 at 10:38 am

      You brought up valid points!!

That’s why I laugh when people say that reality stars have actual WEALTH outside of the show. In real life people don’t go on vacations for 5+ seasons with women they don’t like. They are being paid!

Buffie just maybe right. The pot stirrers seems get away everything and are never really called on it.

    • Hmmm

      December 30, 2020 at 10:42 am

They’re not being called out because most of the cast on Married To Medicine don’t have the backbone to call Heavenly out. The same thing can be said about RHOP. Most of the ladies allow Gizelle Bryant to instigate fights and walk away. Facts!

    • Pumpkin

      December 30, 2020 at 11:30 am

Gizelle and Heavenly aren’t called out because anyone that goes against them immediately gets a bad edit and isolated. Look at how Karen and Monique were treated for going against Gizelle. Look at how Buffie and Mariah were treated for going against Heavenly.

  15. Yep

    December 30, 2020 at 10:31 am

Heavenly and Gizelle are one and the same. Both Heavenly and Gizelle insigate bully and bully cast members. I am waiting on HEAVENLY to be called out the same way Gizelle was….

They are supported by Andy and they know it.

Buffie said nothing but facts. And unlike Gizelle, she could afford to walk away from a toxic reality show. Bravo to her (pun intended).

You can add Kenya Moore to the list. Except, she isn’t as protected as Heavenly and Gizelle are. Bravo has no problem firing her, however, she is also paid to bully like Heavenly and Gizelle are. This is why these shows are starting to struggle in ratings. People are getting tired of watching black women bully others for pay.

These shows are so toxic and so are the people on them. Buffie was bullied by the cast and fans for crying about having miscarriages and Jackie broadcasting that to a room full of strangers. Then months later Jackie gets on YouTube and blames Black women for dying from childbirth at higher rates. She got no backlash for that though but Buffie still gets backlash for being sad. M2M is awful.
