Porsha and Kenya discuss activism.

Kenya says that it’s not that she didn’t believe in Porsha’s activism, but some of Porsha’s actions have been hypocritical to her. She didn’t like that Porsha didn’t invite her to do the Senate run-off PSA that Porsha put together. But Porsha says she didn’t want to invite Kenya because Kenya keeps coming for her activism. Regardless, Porsha says that Kenya’s criticism won’t stop her from doing the work. So she questions what Kenya has done amid the Black Lives Matter Movement. Kenya gets upset and tells Porsha not to question her activism. But Porsha tells Kenya that she’s been questioning hers. And she questions if Kenya would be happier if Porsha was quiet and didn’t use her platform to make a difference.

Kenya says she is proud of Porsha and her activism. Porsha doesn’t believe this and says that Kenya has discredited her to people and in multiple interviews.

Porsha and Kenya give updates on their exes.

Andy switches gears and asks where Porsha stands with Dennis. They won’t be getting back together but they are co-parenting very well. Plus, LaToya tried to hook her up with a younger guy and it didn’t work out. So Porsha is happily single.

Kenya discusses her own love life. She’s still moving forward with the divorce and Marc is no longer fighting for alimony. When asked about how she felt about Porsha and Drew telling LaToya she was wrong to tell people about Kenya’s marriage issues, Kenya thanks both ladies for taking up for her even though they aren’t on good terms.

Also, Marc has unblocked her phone number and apologized for blocking her after an argument.

At this point, Kenya thinks her nonexistent relationship with her mother may be one of the reasons why she ends up in toxic relationships with men.

Kenya and Drew have a heated moment.

When Drew is asked why she has taken shots at Kenya’s marriage on the show, Drew says Kenya came for her and Ralph first and called them “strays.” Producers then flashback to Kenya doing this in a green screen interview. Cynthia says Kenya was just joking but she can understand if Drew felt some type of way about it.

Andy asks Drew about her tweeting that Kenya can’t come for her because her family is under the same roof. And at this point, Kenya tells Drew her family isn’t under the same roof because her baby daddy is in prison.

Drew says that her ex isn’t in prison anymore. Regardless, Kenya apologizes for calling Drew, and Ralph strays.

The Halloween costume controversy is discussed.

Andy brings up the controversy over her Native American Halloween costume Kenya wore. She once again apologizes for wearing it. And she now understands how sacred the clothing is. So she was wrong to wear it. And since she has had family members lived on reservations, she should have known better.

Porsha then says that she’s proud of Kenya for apologizing, but Kenya doesn’t have the same understanding for others who have made mistakes in the past. In fact, Kenya still shades her for the Underground Railroad comments she made years ago and even tried to say that was proof that she isn’t genuine with her current-day activism.

Kenya says she never used Porsha’s Underground Railroad comments to discredit her activism. She also says that Porsha’s sister Lauren posted herself wearing Native American garments as well on social media, and so has Drew. Drew then denies this and says that the photo Kenya is referring to is actually from a past family reunion and they weren’t wearing Halloween costumes. They were real Native American garments and they did a real ceremony to honor their ancestors.

Well, Kenya isn’t buying this and accuses Drew of lying.

Drew calls out Kenya.

Ralph comes out on the stage to begin his segment. They give an update on Josiah and Ricky’s relationship. They are still working on things and getting to know each other. For Ralph, he thinks it’s really important for Josiah to have a relationship with his biological father.

Kandi also gives an update on her situation with Block. The court has ordered that Block needs to pay his unpaid child support.

Drew asks Kenya why she retweeted a shady tweet that said the scene of the conversation Drew’s son was having was “so cringy” and Drew needed to let Josiah “play Minecraft or something.” Kenya said she agreed with the tweet and in that moment, it didn’t seem like Drew was looking out for her son. And it should have been a private moment.

Well, Drew thinks this was very irresponsible for Kenya to do. She says Kenya should have been more understanding considering her own issues with her mother. Regardless, Kenya says she’s not changing her opinion. Kandi says she would appreciate it if they wouldn’t tweet about each other’s kids. Kenya apologizes and Drew breaks down in tears.

Regardless, Kenya says that she doesn’t understand why Drew didn’t mind making the comments she made about Marc. Porsha says this isn’t the same thing and kids should be off-limits.

Kenya has regrets.

Andy asks Ralph about the Tampa trip. He says that he really did go there to clear his mind. And Drew says that he did show receipts from his hotel and outings to show that he was alone the whole time. And Ralph says he will never leave again without letting Drew know where he’s going. Regardless, he feels Drew got even in South Carolina.

Drew accuses Kenya of making flirty comments about Ralph. Kenya says she did call Ralph attractive a couple of times but she’s never been disrespectful. Well, Drew disagrees. Kenya says she does regret what happened with Apollo years ago. Phaedra wasn’t her friend at the time, so she was wrong.

LaToya has had enough.

During the break, LaToya calls Kenya and says a woman from Drew’s team came to her room with a camera in her face and said she was there to give her Vitamin C since she’s sick.

When LaToya comes out on the stage, she says the woman came into her room and gave her Vitamin C. This was rude and an invasion of privacy. Drew says she didn’t send her there and she fired the woman for inappropriate behavior. LaToya doesn’t believe this and she starts arguing with Drew and shading her fashion choices.

The episode ends on a cliffhanger.

What are your thoughts on part one of the reunion?
