Covid hits the group.

Contessa tested positive for Covid. She and everyone she’s been in contact with have to quarantine for 14 days.

Once the quarantine period ends, Contessa goes by Quad’s place. They discuss Scott. He’s turning 50 and this makes Quad talk about her ex-husband Greg. They began to have serious issues in their marriage when he was in his 50s. According to Quad, men start being insecure in their 50s and it leads to cheating so they can see if other women are still attracted to them.

Contessa says that Scott told her that he was getting ready to leave her when she went to graduate school.

Regardless, Contessa doesn’t feel like she can really focus on Scott at the moment. She has too much on her plate.

Toya gets an update about Quad.

Toya catches up with Lisa. They discuss the Zoom call that Heavenly left Toya out of. Quad and Heavenly threw a lot of shade. Quad said that Toya finally got a house. And Heavenly said that Toya is the “brokest b*tch” on the show. And Anila didn’t defend her from what she heard.

But Toya is really confused by Quad’s comments. She didn’t know they had an issue.

Cecil is grieving.

Simone and Cecil discuss Miles. While Simone is ready for Miles to leave the nest, Cecil doesn’t mind if Miles sticks around. He lived in an apartment upstairs. Cecil also reveals that he’s grieving the death of their dog Sam. They were close but Sam got sick one day. Cecil took him to the vet and he didn’t come back home. This was very hard for Cecil. Simone says she’s still there for Cecil and she will work at homeless to give him more attention.

Real estate is on Zachary’s mind.

Heavenly and Zachary are looking at houses. He’s interested in investing in real estate and flipping houses. Heavenly has already flipped 12. Zachary was supposed to find a house under $200,000. So he’s over the budget.

The agent says that Heavenly and Zachary need to move fast because the house is on a lake and an offer was already put on it.

At this point, Heavenly doesn’t want to flip it. She wants them to keep it and just look for rental properties after making the purchase.

Anila and Toya clash.

Jackie has an event in which a p*rn actress speaks. The women open up a little about their s*x life, and Quad says she pleases herself. And the ladies think this is the cause of her glow.

Anila and Simone talk and Anila says that Toya has been talking behind her back to their neighbors. And Toya has been calling her dumb. Simone hopes the two ladies will be able to talk things out soon.

When Toya arrives, she doesn’t speak to Heavenly or Quad. She sits next to Anila and Anila tells her what she’s heard. Toya tells Anila she’s being ridiculous. But Anila doesn’t back down.

Anila doesn’t like that Toya called her out for not paying her makeup artist and the neighbors said she’s been talking about this behind Anila’s back. Toya says this didn’t happen and she actually called Anila out about this to her face while they were on the bus in DC. But for Toya, this is an issue for her because the makeup artist Anila used is actually Toya’s. So it’s not cool that Anila would use her makeup artist and not pay them. Toya accuses Anila of being a drama queen and Jackie takes this as a cue to try to get the event back on track.

Regardless, Toya apologizes for hurting Anila’s feelings. In a green screen interview, Anila says she feels like Toya’s apology was dismissive.

The friendship may be over.

When the ladies are asked to rate themselves s*xually, Heavenly rates herself as a 5. In a green screen interview, Quad says this means Heavenly isn’t having as much s*x as she has been claiming on the show.

By the end of the event, the group notices the tension between Toya and Anila. In a green screen interview, Toya says she’s tired of being disappointed by her friendships.

When Quad goes by Heavenly’s place, they discuss Toya. Heavenly says that Toya has been acting miserable and she’s been accusing Anila of being broke. Quad thinks Toya is projecting and needs to remember the time she couldn’t get a line of credit at Z Gallerie.
