Prince moves on.

Ryan recaps Charmaine’s shop drama with his artist Shogun. He thinks she doesn’t understand that firing Prince wasn’t a good idea. He was the lead artist at 2nd City Ink. And Ryan believes Charmaine needs Prince and Draya to thrive. But Ryan understands Charmaine is upset because Prince and Draya came to the shop and trashed it while she was burying her father.

Prince is moving his things out of 2nd City Ink. He says that not only is he not on good terms with Charmaine but he’s no longer in a relationship with Miriah either. And with a baby on the way, he needs to figure out his next move.

It’s time for a team-building retreat.

Ryan decides to send a video invite to everyone to once again try to hash things out at a team retreat amid the 2nd City Ink drama. Charmaine arrives a little later with her cousin Danielle.

During one of the group sessions, Prince tells Charmaine he wants an apology from her for calling him a b*tch. She apologizes and says she regrets losing her cool. In a green screen interview, Prince says the apology didn’t sound genuine.

Ryan and Kitty come clean.

Miss Kitty and Ryan discuss what led to their fallout after they step away from the others. Both admit that they did get intimate at some point after Kitty moved to Chicago. They were both in Orlando for Don’s bodybuilding event and Kitty didn’t like that Ryan seemed to be trying to hit her up and another woman he was interested in at the same time. It was sneaky to her. Regardless, Ryan said that they should still be able to talk about things since they have a history.

Draya and Charmaine are done.

At dinner, the group attempts to talk things out. Draya says that Charmaine hurt her by accusing her of sleeping with Prince. Charmaine understands she was wrong. But she feels as if Draya, Kitty, and Prince aren’t willing to take accountability for what they have done. This leads to an argument between Draya and Charmaine. Draya believes Charmaine blamed everything that went wrong on her.

Charmaine doesn’t want to move forward with Draya because she won’t admit her wrongs in their blowup. Draya is fine with this. She breaks down in tears. She only wanted to see Charmaine win. In a green screen interview, Charmaine says that she’s over it. And Draya will never work in her shop again.

Charmaine and Kitty hug it out.

Kitty and Charmaine discuss their issues. For Kitty, her issues with Charmaine were just business. But it was personal for Charmaine. It hurt her that Kitty wasn’t calling her like she used to. So she didn’t feel like Kitty was there for her while her dad was dying. Both women say still love each other and they are committed to trying to rebuild their friendship. They hug it out.
