Teddy’s purpose on “Black Ink Crew” has been debated.
“Black Ink Crew” star Teddy is no stranger to criticism from fans. In fact, many have questioned what his purpose actually is on the show. Interestingly enough, Ceaser credits Teddy as being one of the main reasons why the show came into existence. And as Ceaser goes through his ups and downs personally and professionally, it’s Teddy’s support he requires. Sometimes Teddy will even get involved in Ceaser’s feuds and make them his own. He did just that when Ceaser fell out with Alex. The two men jumped him. This was a moment Teddy received a lot of backlash from fans.
Teddy also became a hot topic on social media after he expressed his thoughts on Ceaser’s fallout with his daughter Cheyenne. He didn’t think it was a good idea for Ceaser to try to sue Crystal for defamation. Considering that Ceaser isn’t on speaking terms with Cheyenne, Teddy figured that Ceaser suing Crystal would only make things worse. And Ceaser’s actions would just push Cheyenne further away.
While some fans praised Teddy for speaking his mind, others criticized him for not supporting Ceaser’s choice. And they said he should have put his feelings aside and showed up to the press conference.
Interestingly enough, “Black Ink Crew Compton” star Tim oftentimes receives the same type of criticism from fans of the show. They think that he goes along with KP’s feelings on things way too much. So they have compared him to Teddy quite a bit on social media. And Tim had something to say in response to this, too.
