Shawndreca has decided to stay at OLG.

After Kandi asks if Shawndreca still wants to work at OLG despite her previous complaints, she says she does. And Kandi hopes that the next team-building event will be more productive. In a green screen interview, Shawndreca says she feels like someone snitched on her. And she wants to know who is stirring up trouble.

Dom’Unique has good news. She tells Brandon and Kandi that she has been booked for a major dancing opportunity. She doesn’t want to speak too much on it yet. But she’s really excited. She will be leaving next month.

Patrick denies being the OLG snitch.

Shawndreca recaps her conversation with Todd and Kandi to Brian. She’s convinced that it was Patrick who went back and repeated what she’s said about OLG.

She eventually confronts Patrick about her suspicions. He denies being a “rat,” however, producers flash back to him telling Kandi that Shawndreca said she was underpaid. At this point, Shawndreca is convinced that Patrick is lying. And he’s been going back to Kandi to report back things she’s said to the others.

After Brandon and Dom’Unique discuss their feelings, they agree to be exclusive with their romance.

Does Todd need to be more hands-on with OLG?

Mama Joyce, Kandi, Riley, and Kaela talk about OLG. Todd and Joyce end up arguing. In Joyce’s opinion, Todd should spend more time in the kitchen to see what the employees have to go through. But he disagrees. In a green screen interview, Joyce says that she’s always in the kitchen. This is the reason she can’t stand Todd. And this is why “half of Atlanta” doesn’t like him. Interestingly enough, Kandi agrees that Todd should be way more hands-on so he will stop nitpicking the staff.

Brian keeps his job.

After the successful team-building event, it’s time for Brian to meet with Brandon and Phillip. He was suspended for sitting at the bar during his lunch break. This is against the rules. Brandon decides not to fire him. He understands Brian has been going through some things but overall, he’s a great worker. And Phillip apologizes for their previous conversation becoming so tense. He realizes he could have handled the situation better.

In a green screen interview, Briana says he was surprised by Phillip’s apology. And he really appreciates it.
