Kandi Burruss has been open about her OLG drama.

Kandi Burruss has opened up about the ups and downs of OLG on “Kandi & the Gang.” The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star has been having some staffing issues. In fact, there have been complaints from customers. They have accused the bartender, Shawndreca Robinson, of being rude. After a series of issues, Kandi and Todd Tucker decided to make Phillip Frempong the Director of Operations. The couple was hoping that Phillip was the necessary piece to push employees to be more professional.

Well, Phillip has been receiving some criticism from the rest of the staff. He’s been accused of being too cold and condescending to subordinates. As for Phillip, he believes the real issue is the employees weren’t used to working with someone who held them to higher standards. So this resulted in arguments as well as major blowups.

Some viewers have been calling out Kandi and Todd on social media. And some people don’t understand why Kandi wants to be so loyal to her employees. Especially the ones who haven’t been the most professional.

Interestingly enough, people have been critical of the show’s ratings. It’s even been suspected that NeNe Leakes may have thrown some shade regarding the ratings recently. Well, Kandi clapped back, too.

  1. And what she said is “I work for it!” Kandi is a go-getter!! Much continued success sister girl!! Folks in the bleachers tryna throw shade at the quarterback…LOL Nono Leaker!

  2. Kandi shouldn’t dignify any of the criticism with a response.
Being a business person there are good days as well as bad.
I love Nene but she needs to sweep her own porch. Does she still have her boutique? Since shade is being brought forth with.
If she thinks Kandi may need a little anything then go check on her.
You don’t kick no one when they’re down.
    Kandi isn’t down though.
