Safaree has a bone to pick with Rich.

Mendeecees and Safaree catch up in the studio. Safaree is still adjusting to co-parenting with Erica. But he doesn’t feel like their son looks like him. He hasn’t gotten a paternity test but the thought has crossed his mind. In a green screen interview, Safaree says that he and Erica weren’t in the best place when she got pregnant the last time. He doesn’t trust anybody so he thinks confirmation is needed.

After they discuss Safaree and Erica’s son, Mendeecees tells Safaree that he noticed Rich was very flirty with Erica during the family reunion show. Safaree says this is a violation of the “man code.” So he’s going to have a talk with Rich very soon.

Rasheeda is struggling to have a relationship with her father.

Sierra tells her friend that Eric proposed to her recently and she said yes. However, there’s a struggle for control in their relationship. She’s used to being the boss in her relationships. But Eric comes off as very controlling at times. She doesn’t want her significant other to act like her father. So they have to get on the same page if they do want to get married.

Rasheeda has a sit-down with her father Harold at the request of her mother Shirleen. It goes left because Harold doesn’t feel he was wrong about anything. So he refuses to apologize for not really being in Rasheeda’s life. He places the blame on Rasheeda. And he also has strong opinions about Kirk. He takes issue with the fact that Kirk has children with other women.

Regardless, Rasheeda tells him that Kirk is a better father to his children. And Shirleen wants Harold to come to dinner and work on his relationships with Kirk and Rasheeda.

Rich tells Erica what Safaree is thinking.

The men hang out. Safaree confronts Rich about reconnecting with Erica. Rich says he was just “drunk flirting” while they filmed the family reunion show. He gets messy in his green screen interview. And he says he’s going to do what he wants to do. He also points out that he dated Erica before Safaree did. Safaree never came to him and asked him how he felt about him pursuing Erica. So he owes Safaree no loyalty either.

Scrappy says that what makes him want to fix his marriage during difficult moments is knowing that if he and Bambi divorce, it’s a high chance she’ll find love again. And another man will help raise his children. As Safaree thinks this over, he then gets up to throw a chair. However, the chair ends up hitting him in the head. He storms off and the other men realize that the reality of divorce is just now hitting Safaree.

Rich later meets up with Erica to tell her about Safaree’s recent blowup. And he warns her that a paternity test may come up. Erica isn’t worried. She’s going to put all of her focus into finalizing the divorce.

Spice wants Kendra and Meda to talk.

The ladies hang out. Sierra confirms her engagement. She says the engagement ring Eric gave her is better than the one BK gave her. Sierra also takes a moment to brag a little about being proposed to by two different men in the same year.

After Erica updates them about Safaree’s paternity doubts, Kendra says she’s adjusting to being a stepmother to all of Joc’s kids. She confirms that it’s true Joc recently had another child. And Erica asks Kendra why she acted like she didn’t know this when she and Bambi asked her about it.

Kendra admits she didn’t want to talk about the baby. But the Meda stuff was news to her. Spice is willing to introduce Kendra to Meda so she can get the answers she needs.

It gets emotional when Renni opens up about losing her mother. She tearfully recalls seeing her mother take her last breath. And Renni is glad they were on better terms before she died.

Eric isn’t feeling Sierra’s plan.

Sierra and Eric have a counseling session with her longtime pastor. She is told that her issue is she hasn’t moved on from her failed relationships. And she’s taking a lot of her hurt out on Eric. Regardless, Sierra wants to be sure that what they have is real. So she wants Eric to move out so they can “take a break.” In her mind, they are still engaged. But a little time living apart will reveal a lot.

Eric is very disappointed by Sierra’s decision. It feels like she’s trying to push him away.
