Dope Sh-t: Rick Ross & MMG Kick it With Fans in the Third Ward

Rick Ross and his Maybach Music Group label were out in New Orleans kicking it with their fans in the Third Ward. Maybach Music Group artist Wale posted some photos from the event to his Instagram account during the event and described the event as “reaching out and touching…” the fans.

We have to admit, it’s kind of dope to see two rappers give back to the community, even if it’s just their time. In fact, we’d love to see more of this on the blogs. In other news, Maybach Music Group released their second compilliation album Self Made 2 last week and sold almost 95,000 copies in its first week landing at number four on the Billboard Top 200 Album chart.
