The Real Housewives of Atlanta may be in the process of filming, but it appears the real drama is still taking place away from the cameras these days. As with any reality show, rumors are to be expected, considering that it’s rumors being leaked to the urban gossip blogs that can make any reality show successful. In fact, we’ve seen that happen the entire season of Love And Hip Hop Atlanta, and the ratings were the highest VH1 has ever seen with any of its reality shows. So when he hear little tidbits about any cast members of the other current popular reality shows, we’re usually not too quick to take them as fact. And since the last rumor reported about The Real Housewives of Atlanta turned out to be a big fat lie, perhaps its best that we take everything with a grain of salt until the new season debuts. Regardless, the latest gossip is involving Smalls Leader Kim Zolciak. And it’s a very sad case, if true.
Here’s the latest gossip:
On Tuesday, August 28, 2012, Karen Zolciak sued Kim Zolciak Biermann in Fulton Superior Court seeking visitation rights over her granddaughters. It is a pro se filing, meaning she has no lawyer representing her. According to a legal source familiar with the filing, “ Plaintiff is seeking the right to regularly see her granddaughters, who are the daughters of Kim Zolciak Biermann, who is a star on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta. The girls live such a crazy, abnormal life being on T.V., they need a normal haven to relax and unwind and just be kids. Plaintiff was portrayed as a bad person on defendant’s show Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding which featured defendant’s wedding to Kroy Bierrman. In addition, plaintiff claims she has not seen defendant’s new baby since he was born.”
Sadly, it sounds like Karen has not seen her grandchildren much, if at all, since the Wedding on November 11, 2011. Furthermore, she has claims she has not seen her newest grandchild, Kash Kade Biermann at all. Looks like Kim has essentially cut her mother out of the family since her wedding.
Yikes.
Damn. I hope this isn’t true but it makes you wonder what happened between them to the point Kim could be possibly keeping her from the kids.
New layout huh? It’s going to take some time for me to get used to it. Anyway, Kim probably did do something this ridiculous, she’s crazy anyway.
Really Kim? I hope this isn’t true either, but it’s no telling with Kim. Something definitely happened if this is true.

There’s no telling what happened between Kim and her momma. Kim’s gets her crazy from her mom, so I already know something nasty went down and Kim is being spiteful as hell. But off topic, I’m not sure if she needed for the next season. She’s not as interesting as everyone else on the show. In fact, they should have kept Sheree’s delusional a–. She was always entertaining to me.
Girl I agree. I have been over Kim for a good minute now. I definitely preferred Sheree. They need to come hard this season after Stevie J. and the crew. LOL!
That was low of Kim. Can’t say I’m surprised though.
Stranger things have happened. Kim is shady as hell. This sounds plausible to me. And yeah, I wouldn’t miss her from the show if she did get the boot. After LHHATL, it’s going to take a lot for these other shows to garner my interest again.
She hasn’t seen those kids since the wedding? That’s cold. Welp, I agree with everyone else who isn’t all that surprised if this is true. Most Gold diggers are heartless.

I didn’t even know Kim was coming back this season. I’m not hype for the return of this show or BBW LA. It’s the curse of LHHATL I guess.
